To Members of Congress:

High-speed internet is an essential utility in the 21st century, but the cost of connectivity is way too high. More than 22 million households are relying on the Affordable Connectivity Program to make ends meet and ensure they have the ability to participate in everyday life. But the program will run out of money by late April if you don’t act.

Pass the Affordable Connectivity Program Extension Act and ensure that people can afford access to high-speed internet.

Access to the internet is access to the future. Fund the ACP now.

Tell Congress that Tens of Millions of Households Need Additional Funding for the ACP Program

The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) provides households living near the poverty line or enrolled in federal-aid programs like Medicaid and SNAP with up to $30 per month for the internet package of their choosing from participating providers — and $75 per month for people living on Tribal lands.

More than 22 million households are currently enrolled in the program, with estimates suggesting that upwards of 50 million households are eligible. As internet access becomes more and more central to all aspects of life, the ACP is more important than ever.

Add your name to our petition urging Congress to fund the ACP program before whole communities lose access to an essential utility.
